Marco island Craftsmen provided Beautiful new white oak Cabinet door and drawer fronts to our kitchen. When there was an issue with consistency of wood grain, Bryan worked with the Canadian manufacturer until we were satisfied. Actually, we aren’t just satisfied we are thrilled! We will certainly consider them for future projects! Highly recommend.

Our 2br 2ba condo was 50 years old, and needed a total renovation. We were told by the first contractors and architects we hired that our vision for opening up all of the walls to create space for a large open kitchen was not possible (and we spent a lot of money going back and forth with them before changing builders). Jason and Bryan were referred to us by the city's permitting department as one of the most skilled and reliable contractors on the island. After a few video chats it became clear that Jason had a much better sense for what was and wasn't possible within the building code, having done several similar condo renovations. He had plans for our open concept design ready for us to review within weeks. They also renovated both bedrooms, including built in bunk beds in the guest room, and repurposing both of our giant closets to better suit our needs (one became a home office and the other a beach closet). We were not in Florida while the work was being done but they sent regular updates and photos so that we could see the progress. They never changed the budget of the project, which is rare in my experience (and there were multiple “might need to” things in the initial budget that ultimately they determined were not necessary and didn’t charge us for). They have strong relationships with the city and inspections were expedient. They took time to establish relationships with our property manager, neighbors, and condo association. We had as few hiccups as one can imagine given the complexity of building projects involving condo associations.... in Florida....in Marco Island. The office team led by Missy is as responsive and accommodating as the team on the ground. If you have a building project of any size, I highly recommend the Marco Island Craftsmen. Do yourself a favor and use Jason and Bryan, the Marco Island Craftsmen! They completed a total master bath remodel for our family in just a few months during the off season. The entire process from the bid, selections, installation and final touches was so easy, right on time & on budget! We did end up with some unexpected surprises like termite damage which they helped us remedy. They were both extremely responsive to questions throughout the process. I highly recommend this team. Should we decide to remodel other areas in our condo they will be the only one we call!!

We were thrilled with the personal touch that was provided. Hands on organization. Excellent communication. Total remodel was done on our newly purchased condo. Love the finished product. The first call we will make for all our Reno’s.

The craftsmen are the absolute best! From the initial planning all the way through to the fine finishing details. They are always available to answer questions and they help you to see the vision of your project. I highly recommend them for any remodel needs. 👍
