A great location with private beach access in a quiet and relaxing setting. The hotel is nice but it is showing it's age compared to newer resorts. The staff is friendly but there are not many frills, if that is something you look for (no bar or restaurant on site but walking distance to options). Also, most Hilton resorts have laundry in the units, this one has a pay to use washer and dryer.
This was our first trip to marco island with friends who own a timeshare. I highly recommend this as a destination although I do have to say there was very little racial diversity among the renters, but definitely a cultural mix and lots of multiculturalism among staff. But very comfortable as an interracial couple.
Room was nice and clean. Pool is smaller but it was fine. If you're looking for a quieter resort, this is the one.
My favorite place, I've been coming here since I was a kid. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is.
Easy access to condo, Excellent service by the staff, beach front access from condo. beautiful pool and hot tub. Couldn't ask for better service and hospitality.
