Alex was amazing! We had an appliance flood right at thanksgiving. I called him and he was at our house so quick and had everything drying out within hours. This was my first time doing an insurance claim and Alex basically held my hand through everything. He was great at explaining all the details and steps that needed to be taken. We even had a main pipe blockage a few weeks later and he was super responsive again and had the issue completely fixed within hours. Although there were some complications, everything was figured out and Alex handled it like a professional.

I highly recommend Alex and his company Tidewater Restoration And Cleaning . My living room took on water due to heavy rain. I called him at 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and he was at my home at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning. He promply extracted the water and set up blowers and a humidifier. He left the equipment all weekend and then helped put all my furniture back in place when he picked up his equipment. He was friendly and professional. Very appreciated during a stressful situation. He also accepts debit cards. That is hard to find these days.

My husband and I used Alexs service prior to our cross country move. Having dealt with a very difficult apartment complex, Alex ensured our carpets were in mint condition to help us receive our full security deposit back. A whole year with two dogs, and you'd never know! Highly recommend his services. Very friendly, professional, and efficient in his service.
