I had such a wonderful experience at the Turbo Tax retail store in Pasadena. Filing my own taxes has been so frustrating for me in the past so I decided to take advantage of their $150 Full Service promotion. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The space is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. My tax expert Nomi was great and made the process so easy. I was in and out under an hour! I will be back next year!!

It was alot easier talking and filing taxes with some in person like Nomi she was awesome and very helpful couldn’t done it without her help. On plus side it was close to home.

Great experience. Nomi, our tax person, was fantastic. She made my wife and I feel right at home, explained the process to us and was jovial and professional throughout. We enjoyed working with her very much and look forward to doing so in the future.

I went in to ask a few questions regarding my tax returns, and was greeted so warmly by the concierge Andi! She made sure that I was able to talk to a tax expert in a timely manner. I've received all the information I need to get my taxes done by one of their experts. I highly recommend coming into the new store!

We are just coming in for curiosity to help our tax filing this year. Overall the process is fast and smooth. Ada helped us through the whole process with just a few questions. And we got the filing done. No guessing no headache. Excellent!
