The staff at United Way of Greenville is so friendly. If you need assistance with travel to appointments, they will provide you with a ride share voucher with Lyft.
All the workers at United Way are so nice. I participated in shopping for children in need For Christmas. This was my first year helping and they were very helpful and patient. They truly just want to do good in the community.
I really believe all the good reviews comes from within the company.. I've been call since December of 2022.. it's now April 2023 and still NO ONE HAS ANSWER THE PHONE.. but manage to reply to the reviews. I just need a little help and direction.. the programs from 211 are all COVID based. So unless you suffering from COVID, none of the places will help besides SHARE

I went to get my taxes done at the Taylors library March 26th 2022 and the quality assurance guy was horrible. The lady finished my taxes in a relatively short time and she had to get it check by quality assurance. This man has me sitting for over an hour waiting because he was chit chatting with the man he was working with. Although this is a free service I think this was unacceptable.
