From estimate to completion my experience with VB Patios has been top notch. I was struggling for many months on choosing replacement pavers and fire pit for my pool area . I also had a drainage issue that needed attention. Kyle was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly and was done so professionally. I’m so happy with how it all looks! Angela and Patrick were also great! I highly recommend them!

A big thank you to the entire VB patios team for creating a true work of art in our backyard! Their creativity, craftsmanship, industry experience, and professionalism are unmatched. This was an extensive project that included a pool house with an outdoor kitchen, a paver patio, seat walls with pillars, a fire pit paver area with bench-style seat walls, and a gas fire pit. This project required significant coordination and planning with the homeowners and a third-party contractor who was building the new pool house. VB Patio’s innovative concepts and expertise were integral to the design of this project. This company only employs the most skilled and talented masons / hardscapers. You are guaranteed the highest quality of work! A personal thank you to Zach, Gilbert, Patrick, Kyle, and the rest of the VB Patios team for making our backyard dream a reality.

I can not say enough about this company… they really made this experience easy and worry free for us. We gave them our budget and we discussed the best plan for us.. by the next week they were at my house making it a reality! The costumer service is AMAZING throughout the entire project my sales guy and the contractor would touch base with me they originally gave us a 3 week timeframe they were done in 4 days! We definitely will be back for an extension of our design!

We had a very disappointing experience with Virginia Beach Patios. The quality of workmanship did not meet reasonable standards, and we encountered multiple issues that raised concerns about the overall execution of the project. In addition, our interactions with the owner were difficult and, at times, unprofessional. We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than constructively addressed. Despite raising specific issues regarding the workmanship, the company did not accept responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. Overall, the experience fell well short of our expectations in terms of professionalism, communication, and quality.

VB Patios goes above and beyond! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by everyone with a friendly smile. They made me feel comfortable and confident I’d be making a great choice on having VB Patios do my patio after getting 3 quotes from other companies. Shane, Angela, Kyle, and Rob are all AMAZING!! No matter who I called, the communication about my patio project couldn’t have gone any better, they were all on the same page and always answered my questions. Rob was the one I seen the most and went above and beyond to make sure my patio was what I wanted it to be at the end and made sure I was satisfied with the progress every step of the way! 1000% WORTH EVERY PENNY to go with VB Patios!
