It has happened to me several times, they always leave garbage to pick up, the boxes were empty, ready to be picked up ,today was the recycling one, I went out to ask him and he just accelerated the truck and left, but I took a photo of the truck to see if they do something about it! The driver saw me perfectly and I yelled at him but he just left! This happened in Lehigh acres ! 08/24/2022

I recently took a picture of a waste hauling truck announcing "now hiring" CDL drivers and I tried calling but they don't even know if there's an open position for drivers. The lady just suggested me to apply online but "guess what!" NO OPEN POSITION EITHER. It's a shame because I live 0.3 miles from you. My question is: Why do you advertise what you don't have? Is there a way in the earth to apply for a CDL Truck Driver? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Today, 3/21/2024, the Recycling truck passed by the corner of the house and did not enter to empty the tank intended for Recycling, and it is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that such irresponsibility has happened. Please take measurements, the exact location was Sunshine and 46 North in Lehigh Acres FL.

Had a large item that wasn't picked up and no sticker was left with the number to call. Also had a cardboard box with other boxes broken down in it that was not picked up. Have been on the phone now for 15 minutes and it just rings. Not the Waste Management of old, that's for sure.

These people just doubled the cost of picking up my garbage at my store! It’s more than my cell phone more than my electric bill and I take my garbage out 1 time every 2 weeks 🤦‍♀️! It’s not fair! They get paid by every person in town and we got no warning on the bill! 😡
