We had a great experience with Chris at Zook. He was extremely friendly, honest & knowledgeable. I called beforehand to get upfront pricing for spring replacement and what I was charged was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. No games or up charging, which I greatly appreciate. I was hesitant on which company to go with after reading a lot of negative reviews online for other companies. It seems most of the other companies give you a price over the phone then charge you way more in person after the work is done. I’m happy to say that this company was very transparent and honest. I highly recommend them.
Prompt, professional service! When the support spring on my garage door broke, I got next day service at a very reasonable price. In the process of replacing the spring, Eric, the Technician, pointed out that the drive gear on my opener was about to fail. He had the part and was able to fix it at the same time. I highly recommend Zook and will use them again if I need additional service.
Dennis replaced a garage door pulley that had split for a new first time buyer for me. He had the garage door operating properly quickly and professionally. I appreciate the communication with the office and the professionalism. 100% recommend.

Dennis came out on time and quickly diagnosed the issues I was having with my garage door. He swapped out some worn down and broken bearings. Everything else was assessed to be in working order. He didn’t try to upsell or “fix” anything that didn’t need to be. On time, professional and fairly priced. Would recommend and use again.
